Help for Recommended

Online catalogue (IPAC) help.

The page Recommended is available to registered users only. It contains recommendations for next loan.

The user's loan history is used for prediction.
System is trying to recommend books lent by users, which lent same, or similar books.

List of recommended books is shown on "recommended" tab. Tab named "settings" allows user to limit recommedations to items located at specific one, or more library locations.

Recommended books are shown on page with record details as well. System uses content-based filtering in combination with collaborative filtering to refine the recommendation results.
